Visit the enchanting nature reserve “Otoch Ma’ax Yetel Kooh”, which means the home of the spider monkey and puma in Mayan. Dive deep into nature and learn about the people who settled in this abundant region thousands of years ago and lived in harmony with Mother Earth.

This tour is all about the flora, fauna and culture of the region. See howler and spider monkeys in the wild and encounter many other animals on the way. Enjoy a Mayan ceremony at an archeological site to ask the guardians of the jungle for permission to visit their sacred lands. Then go on a light guided hike along the winding paths of the protected area until you reach the waters edge. Enjoy a canoe ride, take a refreshing swim and end the day watching the sunset on the dock of the lagoon.
